SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Jetters Northwest. We know your jetter and tools are how you make a living, so we work hard to get your order out quickly and delivered safely. The details below outline our shipping terms and conditions.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (U.S.)

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not picked, packed, or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In that case:

  • Transit time may be extended

  • If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone

NOTE: Lead times on custom, built-to-order, or specialty equipment may differ from the timelines above and will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates for Ecommerce Orders

For all orders (domestic and international), the customer pays the full cost of shipping.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the shipment

  • Destination address

  • Selected shipping method

Typical U.S. small-parcel services and estimated transit times:

  • Ground: approximately 3–5 business days

  • 2nd Day Air: approximately 2–3 business days

  • Next Day Air: approximately 1–2 business days

*Overnight/Next Day services are available only for deliveries within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other conditions outside our control.

Jetters Northwest is not responsible for additional shipping fees resulting from address changes after shipment, liftgate or forklift requirements, residential or rural delivery designations, limited access locations, or any other carrier-assessed accessorial charges. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Destinations

Jetters Northwest ships to:

  • Street addresses within the United States

  • Canada

  • Additional international destinations where our carriers offer service

At this time:

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Available carrier options and pricing for your specific country will be shown at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of carrier pickup.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY (OUTSIDE THE U.S.)

Jetters Northwest ships internationally to Canada and many other countries, subject to carrier availability and local regulations.

  • All international customers pay the full cost of shipping

  • International orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions

  • All prices on our site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Your bank or credit card provider will convert the charge to your local currency at their current exchange rate

Typical international shipments are sent via major carriers such as UPS (or comparable services). Estimated transit times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout, but most shipments arrive within 4–10 business days after leaving our facility, not including any customs delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)

When ordering from outside the United States, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the products can be legally imported into the destination country

  • Complying with all local laws and regulations

  • Paying any import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other charges assessed once the shipment reaches your country

These fees are not charged by Jetters Northwest and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Any additional charges must be paid by the recipient directly to the carrier or customs agency.

IMPORTANT: Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs or import fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

To help prevent delays:

  • Provide a valid phone number at checkout so customs or the carrier can contact you if needed

  • Respond promptly to any requests from the carrier regarding duty and/or tax payment

  • Do not refuse international shipments solely due to unexpected duty/tax charges, as this can result in additional fees and non-refundable shipping costs

We do not refund original shipping charges for orders that are refused, abandoned, or returned due to customs-related issues.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (GENERAL)

Jetters Northwest is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order by government agencies or carriers. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Any fees assessed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, brokerage, and handling) must be paid by the recipient.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the carrier. However, we want you to receive your equipment in working order.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing

  2. Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged product

  3. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods

  4. Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

  5. Notify Jetters Northwest so we can assist with documentation if needed

Jetters Northwest is not liable for products damaged, delayed, or lost in transit, but we will help you work through the carrier’s claims process when possible.

FREIGHT / TRUCK SHIPPING POLICY

Some jetters and larger equipment are too large or heavy for standard small-parcel services and must ship via freight/truck on a pallet. We may also choose freight when:

  • Shipping larger quantities

  • Shipping product combinations that are prone to damage via standard methods

  • Overall size and weight exceed parcel limits

Freight shipments are typically delivered by tractor-trailer or box truck, depending on the carrier and destination.

Freight Delivery – Receiving & Inspection

When your freight shipment arrives, it is critical to inspect it before signing the delivery receipt.

  1. Inspect the outer packaging and pallet

    • Check for tears, punctures, crushed corners, or signs of mishandling

  2. Inspect the product on the pallet

    • Confirm items are present, secure, and match your Jetters Northwest packing slip

  3. If damage is found:

    • Clearly note all damage on the delivery receipt

    • Take photos of the damage and packaging

    • You may refuse the shipment if the damage appears significant

IMPORTANT: Any freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Minimal cosmetic damage that does not affect operation can be noted on the receipt and the shipment accepted, at your discretion.

Additional fees may apply if a delivery is re-routed or the address is changed after the shipment is in transit.

Being Present for Freight Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information for your freight shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Monitor the shipment’s progress

  • Be available for the scheduled delivery window

  • Ensure someone is on site to inspect and sign for the shipment

If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive it:

  • You may be charged a re-delivery fee or additional storage/handling charges by the carrier.

If you want, I can also:

  • Condense this into a short “Shipping Summary” for checkout

  • Rewrite it in a more plainspoken / blue-collar tone

  • Flag any areas that could reduce chargebacks or shipping disputes
