Our Mission
Our mission is to equip jetting professionals with the right tools, knowledge, and nozzle logic to get the job done right the first time. We draw on decades of hands-on experience to deliver proven equipment, practical training, and straight answers that help operators work smarter, protect their machines, and finish jobs faster with confidence.
Since 1952 – The Seattle Pump Legacy
Since 1952, Seattle Pump & Equipment Co. has been in the trenches with contractors, municipalities, and industrial crews, keeping high-pressure pumps, sprayers, and jetters working day after day. Decade after decade, the shop built its reputation by fixing what others sold, matching pumps and systems to real jobs, and learning exactly what fails in the field and why. That service-first mindset — not fancy brochures — is what shaped our approach to high-pressure water, pipeline cleaning, and jetting systems.
Founded 2007 – Jetters Northwest is Born
By 2007, sewer and drain jetting had become its own world, and “good enough” pressure washers were not cutting it. That is when Jetters Northwest was launched inside Seattle Pump & Equipment as a dedicated jetter line. Same shop. Same techs. Same pump and system knowledge — now focused entirely on building purpose-built hydro jetters for sewer and drain pros. From day one, Jetters Northwest machines were designed the way a repair shop thinks: smart layouts, service-friendly components, and real-world PSI/GPM setups that actually clear lines and stay running in the field.
Future Outlook – Built to Keep You Jetting
Going forward, Jetters Northwest is all about helping you work smarter, protect your gear, and turn more tough jobs into profit. That means: Continuing to refine jetter designs based on what we see in the shop and hear from you in the field. Expanding training, videos, and real-world how-tos so operators get more out of every jetter and every nozzle. Staying true to our roots as a service and sales center first, a “brand name” second. We have over 70 years of high-pressure equipment history behind us and we are building every new Jetters Northwest unit with that legacy in mind — so you can roll up to the job, fire up your jetter, and get jetting with confidence.
