REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to be confident in the jetters and equipment you buy from Jetters Northwest. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help within the guidelines below.
Our standard return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless the item was manufactured by Jetters Northwest. In most cases, returns should be sent directly to Jetters Northwest at the address listed in the Return Shipping & Costs section below.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:

Any item not in its original condition

Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
The amount of the partial refund will be determined after inspection of the returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (such as your credit card) within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you were approved for a refund but haven’t seen it yet:

Check your bank account again to make sure the refund isn’t pending.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank, since there is often processing time before a refund appears.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product:

Return shipping costs:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) may be deducted from your refund.
Transit time for exchanges or replacement items will vary depending on your location.
For returns with a value over $75, we strongly recommend:

Using a trackable shipping service, and/or

Purchasing shipping insurance
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
