Jetters Northwest July Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Jetters Northwest July Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Jetters Northwest, a division of Seattle Pump & Equipment Co. ("Sponsor"), located in Woodinville, Washington.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on July 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and any companies involved in the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Purchase Entry

Receive one (1) entry for each qualifying online order of $250 USD or more placed on JettersNorthwest.com during the Promotion Period.

Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, canceled orders, refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, and returned merchandise do not qualify toward the purchase requirement.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, complete the official online entry form available at:

during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) Alternate Method of Entry per person during the Promotion Period.

Automated entries, duplicate entries, or entries generated by scripts or bots are void.

5. Entry Limits

Each qualifying purchase of $250 or more earns one (1) entry.

There is no limit to the number of qualifying purchase entries an eligible participant may receive during the Promotion Period.

Participants may submit only one (1) free Alternate Method of Entry.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any person attempting to circumvent these limits.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

$1,776 USD Jetters Northwest Online Store Credit

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,776 USD

Store credit:

  • Has no cash value.

  • Is non-transferable.

  • May not be redeemed for cash.

  • Must be used toward eligible purchases on JettersNorthwest.com.

  • Is subject to any additional terms communicated at the time it is issued.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will be conducted on or about August 5, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number associated with the winning entry.

If the potential winner:

  • cannot be contacted,

  • fails to respond within seven (7) days,

  • is found to be ineligible, or

  • declines the prize,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable communications.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and solely for administering this Promotion unless the entrant separately consents to receive marketing communications.

12. Governing Law

The Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Winner List

To request the winner's name after the Promotion has concluded, send an email to [Insert Contact Email] with the subject line "Jetters Northwest July Giveaway Winner Request" within sixty (60) days after the winner has been confirmed.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, or any other social media platform. By participating, entrants completely release each platform from any liability associated with this Promotion.
